ODUDU & CO. LTD. Is a second generation Real Estate Company, established to carry on and promote the good works of our founding father – Elder William Oruka ODUDU, B.Sc. (Est. Man) Lond, M.Sc., M.A. (Theology), RSV., FNIVS, FRICS, AMNIM, ACI. Arb., PPNIVS, PPAPBN, mni, JP. Principal Partner and Past President of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, (PPNIVS). Past President of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (PPAPBN), Past Chairman: The Estate Surveyor and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
Elder ODUDU as he is fondly known, trained many professionals including his biological children in the Real Estate Profession and Business.
We are now established to perpetuate the brand as a household name in the Real Estate Industry.
ODUDU & CO. Estate Surveyors and Valuers (our parent/related party company) was first registered in England in the 1960s, then later registered in Nigeria in June 1976. It is still a going concern 45 years since established in Nigeria.
